Maintenance Plans

Maintenance Plans are software upgrade and support plans that can be purchased. The cost is based on the amount of software you currently own.

Updates

Updates are defined as changes to the revision number. They usually include small enhancement and bug fixes (i.e. updating from 2.0.260 to 2.0.280). Updates are always FREE regardless of whether you have an active Maintenance Plan.

Maintenance Includes

Upgrades

While a Maintenance Plan is in effect, you are entitled to any number of FREE upgrades to your products as they become eligible for upgrades. Upgrades are defined as changes to the major or minor version number and are enhancements to the software (i.e. upgrading from version 2.0 to 2.1 or 2.0 to 3.0).

Support

While a Maintenance Plan is in effect, you get unlimited support for your products including phone, email, and website support. Without a Maintenance Plan only email and website support is available. Note: Support does not include Reaction Plan development.

Discounts

While a Maintenance Plan is in effect, you are entitled to 10% off the price of training and/or implementation.
